This is the col on the Grande Corniche, which is the highest of the three roads running along the Riviera through Monaco.
The road does go slighly higher, between the col and the village of La Turbie, but basically its a simple up-and-over between Nice and Menton, with high views over the coast all the way along.

These pictures are all taken on the western side, which is a quiet road with very open views.
In exceptionally clear conditions it is possible to see Corsica - and there are also views inland towards the Alps.

These pictures taken in early February.
